Community
Our school primarily serves families of the eastern and southern suburbs and inner city Wellington. However, we also have students from all over Wellington, the Hutt Valley and Porirua City.
Students beyond the traditional zone choose Wellington East because of our 'special character'. Indeed, with our international students, we have girls enrolled from all over the world. We are a truly multi-cultural and multi-ethnic community in a very cosmopolitan city. The school reflects and values the cultural diversity of the community.
