The Curriculum in Year 9 and Year 10

The subjects offered are based on the seven essential learning areas of the New Zealand Curriculum Framework and also on the local curriculum goals of the school charter. Assessment and reporting is based on the achievement objectives for Levels 4-6 of the national curriculum or equivalent standards. The Curriculum in the Senior School

We are proud of the academic successes girls achieve in external examinations in the senior school. We also follow with interest the outstanding academic and vocational careers of our graduating students over the years. These include Rhodes Scholars and women reaching the top of their professions. A focus on course and career counselling helps all students leave school with worthwhile qualifications and a direction to pursue in further education or employment.
