| Description |
The annual Year 10 Economics market day was a huge success. Most groups at least broke even, with some making a tidy profit each.
In groups of around four the students had to propose a product for the target market of WEGC that had 'value added'. A lot of the most successful ideas were connected with either the Twilight phenomenon or East pride, with bags, singlets, badges and fridge magnets displaying the school crest or now iconic 'Ties Up For the Boys' image.
