See more photos from the tournaments. Last week there were two large-scale netball tournaments. First off there was the Year 9 netball tournament. It took all afternoon and had each class split into three teams, playing against other form classes. It was part of a PE unit and the tournament was organised by some Year 13 students as part of their assessment. 912 was the eventual winner, with 915 losing in the final after beating 954 in the semi-final. Later in the week an interhouse netball tournament was held in the lunch hours. In the final, Bledisloe came out victorious, beating Onslow 15-10. This win continues the sporting domination shown this year by Bledisloe after their emphatic win at Athletics Day. Below: Maia Te Hira of 915 puts pressure on Minnie Parker of 912 during the final.
