Sheilah Winn Shakespeare

Sheilah Winn is a nationwide Shakespeare competition. Schools can enter three groups that will perform either a five minute Shakespeare snippet or a 15 minute Shakespeare chunk. This competition is all about seeing the beauty of Shakespeare's plays interpreted and performed in every stunning way possible.
2009 Competition
The Year 13 group won 'Best Student Directed' and the mixed year group item directed by Mrs Miller won 'Best Ensemble'. Bonnie Nelson won a backstage prize for lighting. See the news item for more details.

2008 Competition
We won an award for Best Student Directed Scene for the Year 12 group, consisting of the girls who took out the category again this year as Year 13s.
