Polynesian Group
WEGC has a strong and proud group of girls who perform in the Polynesian Group. They compete in events throughout the year, such as Spacifically Pacifica and the Tu Tagata festival. They are led by a group of Year 13 girls, with the help of Ms Perelini and had support from Mrs Miller and Ms Baigent.
The group has a close connection with the Poly Group from our brother school, Rongotai College. In 2009 they were one of the main attractions at the Tu Tangata Festival.
