At Wellington East Girls’ College we believe a sense of the future can invigorate and motivate learning..

Careers support is given through Ako teachers as part of their pastoral care role.

Students are encouraged to develop a sense of their strengths and interests and these ideas are collected in a portfolio for their further reference and on going reflection.

There is a strong guidance network within the school and discussions with family on the possible work and training direction of students is welcomed.
