Report Evening - Thursday 21 June, 4.00pm - 7.00pm - all students (Years 9 to 13) whose last name starts A to L. 

Report Evening - Thursday 28 June, 4.00pm - 7.00pm - all students (Years 9 to 13) whose last name starts M to Z. 

These meetings are 5 minutes to check on progress of students.  

When making appointments please ensure you have a minimum of a 5-10 minute gap between appointments as teachers are spread across all classrooms in the South Wing.  

Appointments can be made using the online booking system which opens Tuesday 4 June at 9.00am and will close Wednesday, 27 June at 5:00 PM..

Teachers are currently writing comments which will be available on the KAMAR portal.   To access the comments you will need to log into the KAMAR Parent Portal, this can be accessed via the WEGC website. To enter the portal you will need your daughter's username and your parent/caregiver password. If you no longer have these details please contact your daughter's Ako teacher who will be able to provide you with the information. 

If you do not have access to a computer or do not have an email address you will be sent a sheet  to organise appointment times. 

Please check in five minutes before your first appointment to the Hall Foyer, where the teacher rooming will be displayed.

There will be limited on-site parking available on the back courts by the Sports Centre.

The booking website will open Tuesday 4 June at 9:00 AM, and will close Wednesday, 27 June at 5:00 PM

• Parents of students with surnames A to L please book interviews for the night of the 21st June
• Parents of students with surnames M to Z please book interviews for the night of the 28th June

The booking website will open Tuesday 4 June at 9:00 AM, and will close Wednesday, 27 June at 5:00 PM.

1. Go to https://parentinterviews.co.nz/, enter the event code BEXZK8RE and click Go.
2. Enter your name, email address and the names of the students you wish to make bookings for.
3. Select the teachers you'd like to book by ticking the checkbox beside their name, and then click the Book Interviews button at the bottom of the page.4.
4. Using the timetable, click the Book button beside the time slot you'd like to book for the teacher. You'll be asked to confirm your booking.5.
5. Continue until you've booked all teachers. Once you're finished, you can view your timetable by clicking My Interviews at the top of the page. 

You can also print a PDF timetable to take to your interviews. Before your interviews, you'll receive an email reminder containing your timetable. 

If you need to cancel any interviews, you can do so by following the link in the email you received when you first signed up.
