WEGC Strategic Consultation Plan

Kia Ora koutou,

2022 is an important year for WEGC. We are due to undergo Board elections in September and this is the year that we are also going to refresh our Strategic Plan.

Our Strategic Plan is a high level plan for the next 3 years that is meant to determine;

• the ‘direction of travel’ we think we should take achieve the outcomes we think will benefit our learners and support our staff
• the high level approaches we will take to do this and
• how we intend to continuously evaluate how we are doing

The WEGC Board invites you to learn about our draft Strategic Plan for the next 3 years and we’d like to hear what you think about it.

For example; do you think we've got our outcomes, approaches and how we will measure our progress right? If not, what might you think we should add or change?
