Bookings are now open for Y9-11 Parent/Teacher Meetings on Thursday 7 May, 1:00pm-7:30pm. This is an opportunity to discuss your student’s progress with their subject teachers.

We are offering two timeslots/formats:

  • 1:00pm - 4:30pm: Online meetings. Links will be sent the day before.
  • 5:00pm - 7:30pm: In-person meetings at school (Matairangi or Ahumairangi).

Students are expected to attend all meetings.

School will finish at 12:00pm for all year levels on this day. Supervision is available in the library until 3:30pm; please email wegc@wegc.school.nz if supervision is required. Buses will run as usual.

Y12-13 students will have work set for the classes they miss and are expected to complete that work in the afternoon. For Senior students please expect a report and parent-teacher meetings in the second half of this term.

Booking Information:

  • Use SchoolBridge (web or app) to book.
  • Choose either the online or in-person session when booking.
  • The booking system closes at 4:30pm, Wednesday 6 May.
