Job Description - Teacher

WEGC is a central city, multicultural girls’ school with an established reputation for student engagement, innovation and success.  We have moved into new buildings with Innovative Learning Spaces and specialist studios.  Our year 9 students are taught in cross curricular collaborative hubs.  We run 3 sessions on most days to maximise student engagement

All teacher applicants will have familiarity with the New Zealand Curriculum, NCEA and the skills to use ICT to enhance learning outcomes.

Relief Teachers

Wellington East Girls' College has an opportunity for registered teachers to be available for Relief teaching as and when required.  We are looking for teachers to teach any secondary subject, in particular, experience in PE, Science, Maths, Languages - French, Chinese and Te Reo Māori, and those who are available all days of the week would be useful.
