Prize Giving Arrangements 2020

An email/letter has been sent to all parents

The school Prize Giving is on Wednesday 4 November at 6.30pm, at the Michael Fowler Centre.

Morning Practice – 8.45am – 12.30pm approx

Attendance is compulsory for all students

Michael Fowler Centre:

8.45am                        Students to be at MFC

10.30am approx.         Non-Performers and students not receiving prizes dismissed

12.30pm approx.         Performers and prize winners dismissed

Buses:  Metlink are unable to reroute our school buses. You will need to make arrangements for your student/s to be at the Michael Fowler Centre by 8.45am. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, which is beyond our control. Students will be marked on the roll, and if they are ill, the usual absence notifications will need to be made by parents/caregivers..  

When the students are dismissed from the practice at approximately 12.30pm, this means the school is “closed” for the rest of the day, and students will need to make their own arrangements to get home. There are no afternoon school buses.

Evening Event:

Attendance is compulsory for all students

Michael Fowler Centre:

5.45pm                        Prize winners and performers

6.00pm                        All other students dress in formal winter school uniform – blazers, tie, black stockings and shoes.

6.30pm                        Doors will close

Students will be seated in the auditorium.  Parents and friends will be seated in the gallery upstairs.
