Report Evenings - Thursday 20 & Tuesday 25 June - 4pm - 7pm

The first Report Evening is on Thursday 20 June and will be for all students (Years 9 to 13) whose last name starts A to L. The second Report Evening on Tuesday 25 June will be for all students whose last name starts M to Z.

These meetings are 5 minutes to check on progress of students. When making appointments please ensure you have a minimum of a 5-10 minute gap between appointments as teachers are spread across all areas Level 1 of the new building (Matairangi).

If you would like to see your daughter's subject teachers then you will need to make appointments using the online booking system.

To access the booking system go to https://parentinterviews.co.nz/ and select "Book interviews" and enter the relevant code . See below for instructions on how to book.

Thursday 20 June - code is 8V3E8DN3 - bookings open 12 June at 9am and close 19 June at 7pm.  

Tuesday 25 June - code is XTSSC6RR - bookings open 17 June at 9am and close 24 June at 7pm.

Teachers are currently writing comments which will be available on the KAMAR portal. To access the comments you will need to log  into the KAMAR Parent Portal, this can be accessed via the WEGC website. To enter the portal you will need your daughter's username and your parent/caregiver password. If you no longer have these details please contact their Ako teacher who will be able to provide you with the information.

If you do not have access to a computer or do not have an email address we enclose a sheet for your daughter to organise appointment times. Please encourage your daughter to book appointment times with all of her subject teachers. This should be done as soon as possible as bookings fill up very quickly.

Please check in 5 minutes before your first appointment to the main Reception, where the teacher rooming will be displayed. There will be limited on-site parking available on the back courts by the Sports Centre.

Term 2 Parent Teacher Interviews

Parents of students with surnames A to L please book interviews for the night of the 20 June. Parents of students with surnames M to Z please book interviews for the night of the 25 June. Each interview is 5 minutes long. Please ensure you arrive on time to each interview.‍

Booking your interviews‍

20 June meetings - The booking website will open 12 June at 9:00 AM, and will close 19 June at 7:00 PM.  (Code is 8V3E8DN3)

25 June meetings -The booking website will open 17 June at 9:00 AM, and will close 24 June at 7:00 PM  (Code is XTSSC6RR)

1.  Go to parentinterviews.co.nz, enter the event code given above and click Go.

2.  Enter your name, email address and the names of the students you wish to make bookings for.

3.  Select the teachers you'd like to book by ticking the checkbox beside their name, and then click the  Book Interviews button at the bottom of the page.

4.  Using the timetable, click the Book button beside the time slot you'd like to book for the teacher.

5.  You'll be asked to confirm your booking.

6.  Continue until you've booked all teachers.

Once you're finished, you can view your timetable by clicking My Interviews at the top of the page. You can also print a PDF timetable to take to your interviews.

Before your interviews, you'll receive an email reminder containing your timetable. If you need to cancel any interviews, you can do so by following the link in the email you received when you first signed up.
