School early close : Thursday 13 June

On Thursday 13 June we will be holding our annual Open Day. Because of this, classes will finish at the end of Session 3 (12 noon) to allow staff and students time to prepare for our two sessions being held at 3pm and 6pm. 

If you have a student who is under 14 years of age and needs to be supervised until 3.20pm please let us know by emailing (wegc@wegc.school.nz). Buses will run as normal.

If anyone in your whānau is Year 8 and is interested in attending one of the sessions with you please register via our website and complete the enrolment forms provided: https://www.wegc.school.nz/enrolment

Our students are heavily involved in the Open Day from supporting Learning Areas, being a guide welcoming our visitors to our school and being a Tour Guide. All Prefects will be involved and others will volunteer for one of these roles. If your student has volunteered you will receive an email from the staff involved to give your permission shortly.
