I wanted to remind our community about the upcoming long weekend.

Teacher Only Day - Friday 2 June

A reminder that Wellington East Girls’ College has a Teacher Only Day on Friday 2 June. This is a Wellington wide day for teachers to connect through the Wellington Loop.  

Our Te Aka class will be closed and school buses will not be running.

Monday 5 June 

There is a public holiday on Monday 5 June, King’s Birthday, and the school will be closed.

PPTA Industrial Action

We have been waiting to hear from the PPTA about the next steps with their industrial action. However, we do not have any new information to share. We will communicate with you further when we do.
